A Tridium system complete with BEMS head end and graphics package is currently being installed. The scheme comprises CHP plant, low temperature hot water plant, VRF refrigeration, and air handling unit plant serving various areas the central low temperature hot water & VRF refrigeration is serving approx. 150(121) apartments complete with home automation systems and integrated sub metering.
